✸ Discord: Support

When opening a support ticket on our Discord server, you agree that you are still expected to follow all of our rules.
We can punish you whenever we feel like you've broken the rules or gone too far, and thereby deny support from you via. Discord.
Compliance is an important aspect of support, and it is much easier for us to talk to you when you actually comply.
Furthermore, bad behavior in Discord support will not be tolerated.

Any type of bad behavior in Discord support is prohibited and punishable.

 

✸ Discussions

Negative discussions will not be tolerated and are expected to be taken via. private messages.
By playing on our server you agree that you shall not start any negative discussions on any
of our platforms unless it's a private conversation. There are other players on our server that
may not want to sit there at listen to/read your discussion.

Any type of public negative discussions are prohibited and punishable.

 

✸ Cheating/Hacking

We do not allow cheating or hacking at all, and this will be met by an instant ban.
However, if you appeal and admit to cheating, your punishment could be reduced to 30 days (Depends on what you were using/doing).
Here is a list of disallowed modifications, some of these are categories, and we expect you to understand by yourself what goes under those categories:

• Hacked Clients: The usage of modified clients that gives you as a player an unfair advantage in gameplay.
• Damage Indicators: It is not allowed to use any modification that can display another player's health.
• AutoClicker/Macros: We do not allow any automatic process that mimics a player's actions in an unfair way.
• Schematica/Printer: We do allow mods that print builds for you, but only on the Creative server with the criteria that
  you can't claim the build as your own or apply for builder using the printed builds.

If you are unsure about a client/modification being allowed or not, please contact a staff member to confirm.

Any type of modification/client that gives the player an unfair advantage is prohibited and punishable.

 

✸ Teaming

Cross-teaming is not allowed and is strongly prohibited.

On Practice, a max team size of 2 players is allowed in KitPvP.
On OPPrison there is no real rule against teaming, however we do advise that you
only team with members of your gang, same goes for Survival.

Any type of cross-teaming or teaming above the max team size is prohibited and punishable.
